- Ineligible returns: Used items, digital textbooks (once delivered), and items returned beyond 30 days from delivery.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., ordered by mistake, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
